A quote from a past musing or wandering thought from time in a field… mindful of our past, grounded in our daily passion, and always doing our best to grow forward.
“When and where I grew up, many people lived in an integrative way. Kids accompanied parents in their jobs. They rode combines, potato trucks, and helped sack grain at the mill. The school was closed during harvest season for two weeks so families could work together to get the crops in. During the summer they would take a couple hours off and go swimming in the canals or fishing in the reservoir. The high school stadium and basketball courts were filled with community watching each other’s kids play sports. Riding dirt bikes to change water mixed play and work.” - by Farmer Scott, click button for full article.
